Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This agreement becomes effective when you complete your subscription and remains in effect for the duration of your subscription period.
Service Description
Our subscription service provides monthly financial planning consultations and ongoing support as follows:
- Monthly one-hour personal consultation sessions via phone or video conference
- Personalized financial planning recommendations based on your individual circumstances
- Email and phone support between scheduled consultation sessions
Subscriber Eligibility
Our services are available to eligible subscribers who meet the following requirements:
Age Requirements
Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Legal Capacity
Subscribers must be legally able to make financial decisions and enter into service agreements under Australian law.
Subscriber Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during consultation sessions
- Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
- Pay subscription fees on time and maintain current payment information
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary consultation materials provided
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Any illegal activities or purposes that violate Australian or international law
- Sharing consultation materials or proprietary information with unauthorized third parties
- Attempting to reverse engineer or duplicate our consultation methodologies
- Harassing or abusing our staff or other subscribers
- Using our services to compete with or harm our business interests
Intellectual Property Rights
All consultation materials, methodologies, and content provided through our service remain our exclusive intellectual property.
All materials are protected by Australian copyright law and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Subscription fees and payment terms are as follows:
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for subscription payments. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by law.
- Market losses or financial outcomes beyond our direct control
- Decisions made based on consultation discussions without considering other factors
- Technical issues or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
User Indemnification
Subscribers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution Services
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently through established procedures.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through Australian dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration where appropriate.
Arbitration will be conducted under Australian Commercial Arbitration Rules in Sydney, New South Wales.
Consumer Complaints
Consumer disputes can be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for independent resolution.
All dispute resolution services are provided at no cost to consumers.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Fraudulent or illegal use of our services
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
These terms are governed by Australian law, and disputes will be resolved in Australian courts with jurisdiction in Sydney, New South Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and oracelinthov Financial Planning Services regarding our subscription service.
Terms Modification
We may modify these terms with notice to subscribers. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Significant changes will be communicated via email and prominent website notices at least 30 days before taking effect.
